Who is Gardie Jackson?
Gardie Jackson has been a strength and conditioning coach for 12 years with certifications in numerous nationally recognized fitness methodologies (IFPA,USAW,FMW and Reebok). Gardie believes in core stablization in all exercises. His use of dynamic flexibilty promotes a functional training style that works in all three planes of motion (saggital, frontal and transverse). Gardie is known for his high energy and infectious enthusiasm. He demands more from his clients so results from his workouts will almost entirely depend on the desire of his clients.
